The infamously sugary/eggy Pecan Pie may seem like a daunting task for the aspiring ethical eater, but because my family has one every Thanksgiving, I scoured the internet for a recipe that seemed like it might hold up to the standards set by the previous Corn Syrup and Sugar versions that are always horrifyingly delicious. THIS RECIPE DID IT. I served this pie to over 10 people who had no idea it was vegan and nobody knew. In fact, my pie was the first to go! Win.
